Micro-Rooting

Mohair is rooted strand by strand into the scalp and brow with a single needle. A full head takes 30+ hours alone.

QC & Soft Assembly

Is this a real baby or a doll?
It is — clearly and proudly — a doll. A reborn is a hand-finished art piece sculpted to resemble a sleeping infant. It is not a real child, and it is not marketed as one. Its value lies entirely in the craft, the comfort, and the artistry.
How does the heartbeat actually work?
A small rechargeable pulse module sits in a discreet inner pocket near the chest cavity. One button activates a soft 70–80 BPM rhythm with a gentle vibration profile. The module charges via USB-C and lasts roughly 8–10 hours per charge. It can be removed for washing the body.
What is she made of? Is it safe?
A medical-grade silicone-vinyl blend — non-toxic, hypoallergenic, EN-71 and CPSIA tested. Paints are heat-set Genesis pigments designed for reborn artistry; they do not transfer or fade. Suitable for adults and supervised older children.
Can the limbs really be posed?
Yes — soft internal jointing allows you to cradle, swaddle, seat, or pose her in natural sleeping positions. Limbs hold gently and won't snap back. We don't recommend extreme posing (full splits, etc.), as you would treat any artisan piece.
